No. Contact information is not shared with any third party. It’s used to maintain communication with the Madonna Foundation and the Madonna High School Alumnae Association.
Why Did the MHSAA become Affiliated with the Madonna Foundation?
The Madonna High School Alumnae Association became associated with the Madonna Foundation in the Spring of 2021. Under the Madonna Foundation, the MHSAA provides expanded resources that facilitate the efforts of the Madonna Foundation and continues the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago’s mission of education and faith.
How Can I Get Involved in the MHSAA?

How Does a Student Apply for a Scholarship through the Madonna Foundation?
The Madonna Foundation annually awards scholarships to deserving young women in the Chicago area who demonstrate financial need and the potential for academic achievement. Those interested in applying for a scholarship through the Madonna Foundation should visit MadonnaScholars.org to verify enrollment, eligibility and review the scholarship expectations.
How Do I Sponsor a Scholar?
Please visit our donation page and note the scholar’s name and partner school she attends in the comment box on the donation form.
What’s the Role of a Class Rep for the MHSAA?
Help round up your classmates! Class reps work with the alumnae board of advisors to connect with their class, encourage connection and coordinate events and reunions. Please email [email protected] to learn more.

Are There Still Going to be Alumnae Association Officers?
No. We are currently operating the association with a board of advisors. However, we are more than happy to include you in any of our event committees or planning efforts. Please email [email protected] if you would like to be included.
How Can I Get My High School Transcripts?
All transcripts for Madonna High School graduates are held at the Joseph Cardinal Bernardin Archives and Record Center located at 711 West Monroe in Chicago, Illinois.
Records usually take 7 to 10 business days to process, and there is a small fee involved. You can fill out the request form online or go to the office in person and request the records. If you need records expedited, it is best to go in person and then you can have them in 3 business days (there is an additional charge).
Is Any Madonna High School Memorabilia Available for Viewing?
We invite you to visit our Heritage Corner displaying Madonna High School Trophies and Memorabilia in Heritage Hall at St. Joseph Village in Chicago, Illinois!
To arrange a visit, please call the Madonna Foundation at (331) 318-5170. A few of the trophies on display include:

- 1963-63 Bowling Championship (Linda Swift, Nancy Koziol, Nancy Szwedo, Rita Olsen)

- 1988 Volleyball Varsity Blue Tourney – 1st Place Girls Catholic Athletic Conference
- 1988-90 Varsity Gymnastics 3rd Place – Girls Catholic Athletic Conference
